Junior (2022-23): In his first cross country season as a Red Devil, he competed in all seven meets and helped the men’s team place fifth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the first time in program history … Led the maroon and gold in four of the seven races … Recorded an 8k PR of 27:16 (5:29/M) – Eureka’s fastest time of the season – at the Bradley Intercollegiate on Sept. 16.

In the winter, he competed in four indoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 3,000 and the 5,000 … Recorded a PR of 9:40.95 and placed sixth in the 3,000 at the SLIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25 … Notched a PR of 16:52.8 in the 5,000 at the Titan Open on Feb. 11.

In the spring, he competed in two meets and took all-conference with a third-place finish in the 10,000 with a time of 35:16.00 at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships on April 29 … Set a new school record, besting the previous mark set by Cory Shoopman in 2013 … Also placed sixth in the 5,000 in 16:56.36.
