Sophomore (2022-23): In his second cross country season as a Red Devil, he competed in all seven meets and helped the men’s team place fifth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the first time in program history … Posted a season-best 8k time of 44:19.7 at the SLIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

In the winter, he competed in all five indoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 300, 400, 500 and the 800 … Opened the season by setting a PR of 2:02.66 in the 600 at the Titan First Chance on Dec. 10 … Recorded a PR of 52.95 in the 300 at the Principia Relays on Jan. 28 … Posted a PR of 2:59.61 in the 800 at the Hilltop Invite on Feb. 17.

In the spring, he competed in three meets, representing the maroon and gold in the 400 and the 1,500, as well as the 4x400-meter relay … Recorded a PR of 6:06.88 in the 1,500 at Illinois College on April 7 … Recorded a PR of 1:07.66 in the SLIAC Outdoor Championship on April 29

In the spring, he competed in three outdoor events, representing the Red Devils in the 800 and 1,500 … Posted two PRs at the Greenville Classic on April 15, finishing the 800 in 2:56.34 and the 1,500 in 6:18.29, respectively.
