Sophomore (2023-24): In her second cross country season as a Red Devil, she competed in all seven meets and helped the women’s team to a fourth place finish at the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship … Recorded a new PR of 30:48 (8:16) in the 6k on Nov. 11 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals meet.

In the winter, she competed in five indoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 400 … Recorded a season-best of 1:12.23 in the 400 on Feb. 24 at the SLIAC Indoor Championship.

In the spring, she competed in three outdoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 400 … Recorded a season-best of 1:11.13 in the 400 on Mar. 29 at the Millikin Big Blue Invite.

Freshman (2022-23): In her first cross country season as a Red Devil, she competed in all seven meets and helped the women’s team take runner-up in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the first time in program history … Recorded a 6k PR of 31:02.1 (8:19/M) at the Warrior Invitational on Oct. 1 … Recorded a 5k PR of 24:59 (8:02/M) at the Greenville Classic on Oct. 15.

In the winter, she competed in three meets, representing the Red Devils in the 400 and the 800 … Helped the Red Devils place fourth overall and recorded a PR of 1:10.07 in the 400 at the SLIAC Indoor Championship for the first time in program history on Feb. 25 … Recorded a PR of 3:07.44 in the 800 at the Hilltop Invite on Feb. 17.

In the spring, she competed in three meets and helped the Red Devils place fifth overall at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships for the first time in program history on April 29 … Represented the maroon and gold in the 400, the 800 and the 4x400-meter relay … Helped the 4x400 team placed third at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships with a new PR of 4:39.67 … Also set a PR of 1:05.43 in the 400 at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships … Set a PR of 2:59.09 in the 800 at the Greenville Classic on April 15.

Roanoke-Benson High School: Was an all-conference honoree in cross country and in the 200-meter dash … Helped the Rockets take conference runner-up in both cross country and track and field … Was a two-time state qualifier in the 4x400-meter relay … Recorded a PR of 22:00 in cross country, a PR of 28.8 in the 200 and a PR of 1:06.77 in the 400.
