Junior (2022-23): In her first cross country season as a Red Devil, she was a team captain and she competed in every meet except for the regional meet due to illness … Helped the Red Devils take runner-up in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the first time in program history … Recorded a 6k personal record of 27:06.9 (7:16/M) at the Warrior Invitational on Oct. 1 … Recorded a 5k personal record of 21.42.88 (6:59/M) at the Greenville Classic on Oct. 15 … Received the team’s Most Improved Award … Was selected to the SLIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

In the winter, she competed in all five meets, running the mile and the 800 … Recorded a personal-best 6:42.56 in the mile at the Hilltop Invite on Feb. 17 … Helped 4x400 team the place fourth overall in the SLIAC Indoor Championships.

In the spring, she competed in four meets, representing the Red Devils in the 800, the 1,500, the Steeplechase and the 4x400-meter relay … Helped her relay team record a time of 4:50.11 in its 4x400 debut on April 7 … Recorded a new PR of 6:10.37 in the 1,500 at the Greenville Classic on April 15 … Recorded a new PR of 14:49.63 in the Steeplechase at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships on April 29 … Helped the Red Devils place fifth overall for the first time in program history at the SLIAC Outdoor Championships.

Sophomore (2022): Competed in four indoor and five outdoor meets during the 2022 distance season, her first as a Red Devil … Competed in the one-mile and the 800 during the indoor season, turning in a personal-best time of 3:14.89 in the 800 and a personal-best time of 6:57.11 in the mile … Competed in the 800 and 3,000-meter Steeplechase during the outdoor season … Recorded a personal-best 800-meter run at the Big Blue Invite on April 2 … Recorded a PR of 16:30.37 in the Steeplechase at the Greenville Classic on April 15 … Helped her 4x800 team record a PR of 12:53.47 at the Bearcat Classic on April 9, 2022.
