SLIAC All-Sportsmanship Team (Spring Track 2023)

Junior (2022-23): A star striker on the Eureka men’s soccer team, Alleyne became only the third EC player in program history to receive Second Team All-SLIAC honors in the fall … Led the Red Devils with nine goals and 20 points.

In the spring semester, Alleyne joined the Eureka cross country and distance team … Made his distance debut with a 41.81 300 and a 5:17.6 mile at the Principia Relays on Jan. 28 … Represented the Red Devils in four indoor meets … Recorded a personal-best 5:17.2 mile in the Titan Open on Feb. 11 … Recorded a PR of 2:21.19 in the 800 at the Hilltop Invite on Feb. 17 … Turned in a PR of 56.94 in the 400 at the SLIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25.

In the spring outdoor season, he competed in four events … Recorded a PR of 5:06.5 in the 1,500 at the Millikin Alumni Invite on April 1 … Recorded a PR of 54.51 in the 400 and a PR of 2:17.87 in the 800 at the Greenville Classic on April 15 … Also helped his 4x400 team record a PR of 4:03.20 at the Greenville Classic.

Pre-Eureka College: Appeared in 10 matches for Lincoln College in 2021 … A native of Diego Martin, Trinidad, he was previously a National Secondary School Football League U16 Football Champion, National Secondary School Football League Senior Men’s Division National Champion, National Secondary School Football League U14 Regional Finalist.
