Natallie Tobuk Named SLIAC Women’s Wrestler of the Week

EUREKA, Ill. – Eureka's Natallie Tobuk (Nome, Alaska/Nome-Beltz) has been named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Wrestler of the Week.

At the Carthage Classic this weekend, she finished with a 3-1 record and earned a second-place finish in the 131-pound weight class. Tobuk began her day with a win by fall in 2:25, followed by another win by fall in 4:56 to advance to the semifinals. In the semifinal, she won by decision, 6-1, to move on to the final, where she was defeated by fall, securing a second-place finish.

Tobuk and the Red Devils will be back in action on Sunday, Dec. 15, when they head to Naperville for the North Central Open. The meet is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.
