EUREKA – The Eureka volleyball team fell in three sets against Blackburn at Christine Bonati Bollwinkle Arena and Convocation Center on Saturday.

The Beavers won it, 25-19, 25-16, 25-19.

Corinne DeBoard (Centralia, Ill./Christ Our Rock Lutheran) notched a team-high eight kills for the Red Devils, along with 11 digs. Emma Harris (Streator, Ill./Streator) added six, while Regan Reed (Flanagan, Ill./Flanagan-Cornell) and Katelin Peters (New Berlin, Ill./New Berlin) each had five.

Reed led the team with 17 digs. Faith Catour (Orion, Ill./Orion) distributed 20 assists.

Eureka is on the road this week for challenges at Webster on Thursday and at Westminster on Friday at 6 p.m.
