Bio

Kelli Dunne will serve her fifth season as an assistant on the EC coaching staff in 2018. Dunne played for the Red Devils in 2012 and 2013 and holds the all-time Eureka record with 14 home runs, as well as the single-season record with 10 home runs in 2013.

In addition to her home run totals, Dunne also set what were then-single-season program records with 43 runs batted in and an .879 slugging percentage as a senior in 2013.

The Peoria, Ill. native, who transferred to EC in the fall of 2011 after a two-year career at NJCAA Illinois Central, appeared in 71 games for the Red Devils and was a 2012 All-SLIAC First Team honoree. She finished her career with a .402 batting average, joining Jami Larson (1990-93) and Cathy Kalnicky (2006-09) as the only players in program history to hit .400 better at the conclusion of their collegiate careers.

In addition to her success on the diamond, Dunne was a three-year volleyball letterwinner at EC and closed her career in 2013 ranked 10th in Eureka volleyball history with 703 career kills.
