The 2013 football team finished 8-2, earning Eureka's first winning football season since 1996 and breaking a streak of 16 consecutive non-winning seasons. It was the third team in program history to win eight or more games in program history and remains one of only six in program history to do it.

The team, which was led by Coach Kurt Barth's first full recruiting class, finished 13 points away from a conference title and set the course for future program successes to come.
