"They finished strong for our final meet and pushed through an odd year and already seem motivated for next year," EC assistant coach Ian Cumming said.

"It was a lot of fun seeing the team compete in the SLIAC conference championship today. They all ran strong efforts, and most importantly, had fun," head coach Chris Robinson said. "Javy and Bryce both ran their first collegiate 800 and 400 races, respectively. This group has bonded so well this year, and are going to be a strong foundation for great things to come. Could not ask for a better group."
