Eureka, Ill. -- MacMurray's Lyndi Saccaro took the advantage in the 3rd minute to secure the Highlander's St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference win today at Traister Field. MacMurray went on to win the game 7-0.
Junior goalkeeper Kalionna Mathews (Troy, Ill./Triad) completed the match with five saves. Freshman Sarah Domkowski and sophomore Emily Hascher (Cincinnati, OH/Anderson) led the team with one shot within the woodwork. Altogether, the team had five shots and two on frame. The Highlanders shot 30 to the Red Devils' 5.
The Red Devils will play their final match of the season with senior day festivities against Blackburn College. Kick off is scheduled for 3 pm. Senior day festivities will take place between the men's and women's game.
