SLIAC All- Sportsmanship Team (Fall 2022)

Freshman (2022-23): In his first cross country season as a Red Devil, he competed in all seven meets and helped the men’s team place fifth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship for the first time in program history … Recorded an 8k PR of 30:59.0 (6:14/M) at the Bradley Intercollegiate on Sept. 16.

In the winter, he competed in all five indoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 800, the 600, the 300 and the mile … Recorded a PR of 1:36.99 in the 600 at the Titan First Chance on Dec. 10 … Recorded a PR of 42.94 in the 300 at the Principia Relays on Jan. 28 … Recorded a PR of 2:16.23 in the 800 and a PR of 4:59.47 in the mile at the Hilltop Invite on Feb. 17.

In the spring, he competed in four outdoor meets, representing the Red Devils in the 400, 800, 1,500 and the 3,000-meter Steeplechase … Posted a PR of 59.47 in the 400 at the Millikin Alumni Invite on April 1 … Recorded a PR of 2:14.79 in the 800 at Illinois College on April 7 … Turned in two PRs at the SLIAC Outdoor Championship on April 29, finishing the 1,500 in 4:29.09 and the Steeplechase in 11:26.14 … Also helped the 4x400 team record a PR of 4:03.20 in the Greenville Classic on April 15 … Received the team’s 2022-23 Most Improved Award.
