COLUMBUS, Miss. – The Eureka women's soccer team lost 10-0 in a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference bout at Mississippi University for Women on Sunday.
The home team posted seven goals in the first half and added three more in the second in its first-ever meeting with the Red Devils.
Kimi Norway recorded a hat trick and seven others found the back of the net for the Owls.
Eureka goalkeeper Gabby Penberthy (Sullivan, Ill./Sullivan) recorded a 16 saves in goal – two shy of her season-high.
The Red Devils (0-7, 0-2 SLIAC) will next host Webster (5-2-1, 2-0 SLIAC) at McKinzie Field on Friday at 3 p.m.
