CARLINVILLE, Ill. – Adriana Darow scored the game-winning goal in the 19th minute of the first half, helping the Beavers to a 8-0 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory, Thursday afternoon in Carlinville, Ill.
The host tacked on five more insurance goals in the first half and out-shot the Red Devils 37-6 in the contest. Freshman forward Mecayela Monroe (Litchfield, Ill./Litchfield) and junior defenderLexi Marselle (Princeton, Ill./Princeton) each notched a shot on frame for the Red Devils.
Eureka will return to action this Saturday with another road conference road contest at Greenville College in Greenville, Ill. First kick against the Panthers is set for 3 p.m.
