ST. LOUIS, Mo. – For the third time this season and the fourth time in her 40-game Eureka College women's basketball career, senior guard Hayley Reneau (Washington, Ill./Washington H.S./Illinois Central) has been selected St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Reneau put up two big games in the Red Devils' late-December trip to Ohio, averaging 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 steals, 3.5 assists and 2.0 blocked shots.

Reneau stuffed the stat sheet in Eureka's 96-56 win at Wooster on Dec. 21, totaling 21 points, seven steals, six assists and five rebounds. Her effort allowed the Red Devils to claim their largest margin of victory on the road against a non-conference Division III opponent since February 1994. Less than 24 hours later at Muskingum, she put up 28 points on 13-for-21 shooting. For the week, she shot 53 percent from the floor.

Near the midway point of her senior season, Reneau leads the league and ranks fourth nationally with 24.3 points per game. She also leads the SLIAC with 423 minutes played, 111 field goals made and 52 steals. She'll enter Wednesday's conference matchup with Spalding at the Reagan Athletic Complex with 106 career 3-pointers, sixth-most in program history.

Eureka and Spalding will tip-off Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Christine Bonati Bollwinkle Arena.
