INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Eureka has checked in at #10 in the North Region according to the first set of regional rankings released by the NCAA on Wednesday afternoon. NCAA regional rankings are used as a main reference for the Division III playoffs for the selection of at-large bids and seeding.

NCAA Division III Regional Rankings

Wednesday's announcement marks the first time the Red Devils have been included in NCAA regional rankings. Eureka joins Mount Union (first) and Trine (fourth) as the only unbeaten teams currently ranked in the North Region. The Red Devils are the only Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference team to be ranked.

The Division III playoff bracket is made up of 32 teams. There are 26 automatic bids earmarked for conference representatives, one bid reserved for teams not in a conference that receives an automatic bid and five at-large bids. The NCAA Division III playoffs bracket will be released on Sunday, Nov. 11.

The Red Devils can secure at least a share of the NACC championship and lock down the league's automatic bid to the NCAA playoffs with a victory this Saturday in a 1 p.m. kickoff versus Lakeland in Sheboygan, Wis.
