BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Eureka College senior running back Le'Anthony Reasnover (Momence, Ill./Momence H.S.) added to his growing list of preseason accolades Monday afternoon, earning a spot on the 2018 D3football.com preseason All-American Team. Reasnover, who was picked for the Third Team, is Eureka's first-ever All-America selection by D3football.com.

2018 D3football.com Preseason All-America Team

The D3football.com preseason All-America Team featured 75 players overall – 33 on offense, 33 on defense and nine on special teams. Reasnover was joined at the running back position by First Teamers Jaquan Hemphill (Hardin-Simmons) and Josh Breece (Washington & Lee), Second Team selections E.J. Lee (Wesley) and Trewon Marshall (Geneva) and fellow Third Team choice Justin Morrison (Brockport).

Reasnover was the only honoree from a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference school and one of only seven selections to represent an NCAA Division III institution from the state of Illinois. He is no stranger to D3football.com, having earned All-Region honors and twice being named to the D3football.com Team of the Week last season. Eureka has received four total D3football.com All-Region nominations -- Wes Schmidgall (2011), Trever Zeibert (2016), Ryan Barth (2017) and Reasnover (2017) -- but never a preseason or postseason All-America nod.

Reasnover, who was also named to College Football America 2018 Yearbook's NCAA Division III Starting Lineup last week, is the Red Devils' all-time leading rusher with 3,849 career rushing yards. The senior from Momence, Ill. also owns the all-time EC rushing touchdowns record with 55. He set single-season program records last fall with 1,875 rushing yards and 31 touchdowns. He also established single-game Eureka records with 355 rushing yards in a victory over St. Scholastica on Oct. 28, 2017 and seven rushing touchdowns at Martin Luther on Nov. 4, 2017.

The Red Devils will report to Eureka for preseason camp on Thursday, Aug. 9 in preparation for the seventh annual Lincoln Bowl on Sept. 1 at Knox. The home opener, one of six games at McKinzie Field in 2018, follows versus Iowa Wesleyan on Sept. 8. The Red Devils' first-ever NACC contest is slated for Sept. 29 against Aurora at McKinzie Field.
