13 Red Devils Receive Fall 2023 SLIAC All-Academic Honors
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Thirteen Eureka College student-athletes have received St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Fall All-Academic honors.
Khalil Alleyne (Diego Martin, Trinidad/Fatima College/Lincoln), Jose Amador (Kempton, Ill./Tri-Point), Odessa Grove (Lewistown, Ill./Lewistown), Karissa Heffernan (Metamora, Ill./Metamora/Lewis) and Sarah Kimbro (Peoria, Ill./Metamora) were selected from the Eureka cross country and distance team.
Alleyne, Troy Arries (Cape Town, South Africa/Wynberg), Jake Edmondson (Monticello, Ill./Monticello) and Carson Harvey (Pembroke, Ga./Bryan County) were selected from the Eureka men's soccer team.
Hope McGinnes (Mackinaw, Ill./Deer Creek-Mackinaw/Lincoln), Sara Hart (Secor, Ill./Eureka) and Madison Richards (Princeton, Ill./Princeton) were selected from the Eureka volleyball team.
Ratayia Bias (Qunicy, Ill./Qunicy Senior) was selected from the Eureka women's soccer team, and KayLee Hohlbauch (Arcola, Ill./Arcola/Lincoln) was selected from the women's golf team.
Students must hold a 3.5 cumulative grade point average, be at least a sophomore in academic standing and have been enrolled in at least one full year at their current institution to be eligible for the award.
